- Batch crafting: 2 to 4 business days.
- Order definition: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
- Peak seasons: Expect slight delays during holidays or major sales.

- Standard shipping: $5.00 for U.S. orders
- Free shipping: U.S. orders of $60.00 or more.
- Delivery estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

- Melting notice: Our balms are handmade with natural oils and butters.
- Product integrity: Balms may soften or melt during transit in summer.
- Quick fix: Place melted balms in the fridge for 20 minutes to solidify.
- No refunds: We cannot replace items that soften due to transit temperatures.
