Cancellations
  • Window: Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
  • Process: Email us immediately with your order number.
  • Exception: We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Timeline: Report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requirement: Send a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Resolution: Because we craft in small batches, we can not guarantee a replacement will be available or in stock.
